2026 Year-End Operational Schedule

As we approach the end of the year, we would like to express our sincere appreciation for your continued partnership and trust with us.

To ensure the seamless transition into the new year and allow our team to conduct our mandatory Annual Year-end Audit, we are writing to inform you of our operational cut-off schedule for December 2026.

Please take note of the following important deadlines to ensure your orders are processed, manufactured, and delivered/shipped prior to our year-end closure:

Orders received after the specified cut-off dates and time will be queued and processed in the order received when our operations resume on January 12, 2027.

We strongly encourage you to review your inventory needs for the upcoming holiday season and place your orders as early as possible to avoid any disruptions to your supply chain.

We would also like to remind that orders placed for December pick-up should be collected in our office on or before December 11, 2026, as audit and inventory will take place after this date.
